Dear compatriots and esteemed university community! I heartily congratulate you on the great national holidays – the Day of the National Flag and the Independence Day of Ukraine!

The blue-yellow flag is a symbol of our freedom, courage and indomitability. Under this flag, the Ukrainian people are fighting for their right to live in a free and independent state. Independence Day is a holiday of pride in our history and faith in the future, which we create every day, despite all the trials.

May the blue-yellow flag always flutter in your hearts as a symbol of unity, strength and Victory! I wish everyone peace, harmony and unshakable faith in Ukraine.

Together we will overcome all difficulties, together we will build a strong European state.
