Working Meeting on the Progress of the 2025 Admission Campaign

On August 5, the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Professor Olena KARAMAN, held a working meeting with the technical group of the university’s Admissions Committee.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the current stage of the 2025 admission campaign, analyze its dynamics, and promptly resolve urgent issues.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the organizational and technical aspects of the commission’s work, ensuring proper information support for applicants, in particular through advisory assistance and professional communication. The importance of proper electronic communication with applicants and prompt response to requests was also emphasized.

The process of enrolling for state-ordered studies was separately discussed. It was noted that applicants for a bachelor’s degree must confirm their consent to study through an electronic account by August 9, 2025, by applying a qualified electronic signature (QES). It is also mandatory to provide a full package of scanned documents signed by the QES to the Admissions Committee.

Olena Karaman asked the participants of the meeting about possible difficulties at the current stage of the campaign. Those present assured that the work is proceeding according to plan, the technical team is performing its tasks responsibly, and the members of the Admissions Committee are ready for any challenges.

It is worth noting that the entire admission campaign is accompanied by professional communication and clearly organized processes – this is the result of the coordinated work of the university team.
