“Speech Workshop” of LTSNU – a space for development and confident speech for children.
During the summer, the speech therapy room “Speech Workshop” of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University continued its work, providing professional assistance to children with speech disorders.
This is a modern, comfortable and cozy space, where a scientific approach, practical experience and sincere care for each child are harmoniously combined. An atmosphere of support has been created here so that children feel confident and motivated to work on speech development.
The functioning of the room is ensured by senior students of the “Speech Therapy” specialty. Under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Special Education — experienced and highly qualified specialists — they conduct:
- Comprehensive diagnostics of speech development;
- Correctional classes aimed at overcoming speech disorders;
- Developmental exercises for the formation of correct pronunciation, enrichment of vocabulary and development of communication skills.
A special feature of the “Speech Workshop” is that all services are provided free of charge, which allows more children to receive timely and high-quality help.
Parents’ feedback indicates noticeable positive changes in children: improved pronunciation, increased vocabulary, confidence in communication. This inspires the team of the office to continue its important mission in the future.
