University Teachers in the International Educational Initiative

From January 1 to June 30, 2025, representatives of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking will join the online learning format in the international educational initiative.

The international digital learning and continuous professional development program “Evidence-Informed Decision-Making: Strategic Capacity Building for Ukraine”, initiated and implemented by Oxford Research Norge, which was developed specifically for Ukrainian colleagues from universities and the public sector, has ended.

For six months – from January 1 to June 30, 2025 – more than 40 participants from different regions of Ukraine had the opportunity to join the online training format, which was dedicated to extremely relevant topics: evidence-based policy, strategic leadership, responsible recovery of the country in times of challenges and transformations.

Among the participants of the program are representatives of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University: Head of the Department, Professor Viktor Trynchuk and Senior Lecturer Iryna Zelenytsia.

The program has become not only a source of new knowledge and professional growth, but also an important platform for reflection, support and mutual enrichment. It opened up space for cooperation between the academic community of Ukraine and Norway, allowed for the establishment of new communication links and strengthening of joint expert capacity.

All participants successfully completed their studies and received relevant certificates of advanced training.
