Celebration of the Constitution Day of Ukraine

On June 30, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University was invited to a solemn ceremony on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine.

The event brought together those who daily bring our Victory closer – military, medics, volunteers, educators, cultural figures and public activists.

After inspiring opening remarks by the head of the Lubny District Military Administration Serhii Siriachenko and the head of the “HONOR AND CONSCIENCE” charitable foundation Oksana Kanevska, honorary awards were presented to defenders and volunteers.

A special honor for the educational community of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University was the ceremony of presenting diplomas to the leadership and staff of the university, which was held by Colonel Viacheslav Vasiliev – a combat officer, Knight of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Hero of the Ukrainian People, Chairman of the Board of the International Alliance of Defenders of Ukraine.

This recognition is not only a reward for professional work, but also a symbol of the unity of all the forces that create modern Ukraine: on the front lines, in hospitals, in classrooms, in volunteer headquarters and on the cultural front.

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University sincerely thanks the organizers of the event for the invitation and high appreciation of the work of our educators.

This is a powerful motivation to move forward, to educate a new generation of conscious, strong, worthy citizens and patriots of Ukraine.
