College Qualifying Exams

Conducting college qualifying exams is the completion of an educational stage.
Each academic year is an important stage on the path to professional development, and for graduates it becomes the final milestone, opening up new opportunities in the professional world. The qualifying exams held at the Starobilsk Professional College were such a significant moment.
From June 9 to 17, 2025, qualifying exams for graduating students were held at the Starobilsk Professional College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. The event became the final stage of the educational process and the culmination of the professional training of students in the relevant specialties. The exams were conducted in accordance with the approved schedules, in compliance with the current requirements for the organization of final certification.
In 2025, the college resumed the in-person format of qualifying exams, which is an important step towards the return of a full-fledged educational process. Despite the difficult situation in the country, the administration of the institution, together with the teaching staff, provided all the necessary conditions for an organized, safe and high-quality certification. The students, in turn, showed due responsibility, demonstrated thorough knowledge, practical skills and readiness for further professional activity.
Before the start of each qualifying exam, the college director Olena Krutko traditionally addressed the students. In her opening speech, she expressed words of support, wished confidence, successful completion of the certification, effective application of the acquired knowledge in practical activities and further success on the professional path.
The qualifying exam was passed by students of full-time education in the following specialties:
- 012 “Preschool Education”;
- 013 “Primary Education”;
- 029 “Information, library and archival affairs”.
The results of the qualification certification confirmed the proper level of preparation of the graduates. It is especially pleasing to note that four students confirmed their high academic results and were recommended to receive diplomas with honors.
Conducting qualification exams was an important step on the path of professional development of our students. We believe that the acquired knowledge and skills will become a reliable basis for their further success in professional activities and life.
