Collaboration for the Future

On June 17, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation between the university and the public organization “VY.MOVA” was signed at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

“VY.MOVA” is a public organization that works in the educational, cultural and humanitarian areas, actively supporting Ukrainians in wartime. The organization’s goal is to develop a free education system in Ukraine, create new opportunities for the development, training and adaptation of citizens who have suffered as a result of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation.

Among the organization’s partners are such international giants as: University of Pennsylvania, Cisco Networking Academy, Lions Clubs International, Konrad Adenauer Foundation and dozens of other influential projects.

The signing of this Memorandum was an important step in strengthening inter-sectoral interaction with the aim of implementing innovative approaches in the educational sphere, in particular:

• preservation and development of the intellectual potential of Ukrainian youth;
• support for children and youth who found themselves in difficult life circumstances due to the war;
• formation of a new culture of education focused on openness, inclusiveness and development.

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University traditionally supports initiatives that contribute to humanitarian stability and development of Ukrainian society. Cooperation with the NGO “VY.MOVA” opens up new opportunities for the implementation of educational projects, support programs and social initiatives at the national and international levels.

“We believe that by joining forces, we will be able to create conditions for the sustainable development of education in Ukraine even in the face of today’s challenges. Together we are strong!” – said the Rector of Luhansk National University Olena KARAMAN.

We hope for fruitful cooperation, which will become an impetus for the creation of new educational initiatives that will help the youth of Ukraine build the future of a free, strong and educated state.
