An hour of communication on the topic “What can I do for myself to be filled with strength and energy” was held at the Brianka Professional College.
In the modern world, where the pace of life is constantly increasing, and the demands on students are becoming higher and higher, the issue of maintaining inner harmony and energy is extremely relevant. That is why on June 17, as part of the All-Ukrainian mental health program initiated by Olena Zelenska “How are you?”, an hour of communication on an important topic was held at the Brianka Professional College of LTSNU on the following topic: “What can I do for myself to be filled with strength and energy.”
The event was organized with the aim of providing assistance to students, finding effective ways to support physical and psychological well-being, as well as learning to resist stress and burnout.
During the meeting, college students actively discussed various aspects that affect their energy level. The conversation was conducted in an open dialogue format, where everyone had the opportunity to share their thoughts, experiences, and effective practices.
Key topics discussed:
- the importance of a balanced diet and sleep;
- physical activity as a source of energy;
- stress management and emotional recovery;
- the importance of social connections and communication;
- positive thinking and self-reflection.
The hour of communication took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The students received not only new knowledge, but also motivation to implement positive changes in their lives. After all, understanding what everyone can do for themselves is the first step to a more fulfilling and energetic existence.
Such activities are extremely important for the formation of a holistic and harmonious personality. We hope that the knowledge and skills gained will help our students successfully overcome challenges, fill themselves with strength and energy to achieve new achievements.
