Event “Luhansk Region – Dawn of Ukraine!”

On 03.06.25, the event “Luhansk Region – Dawn of Ukraine!” was held at the Dolyna Consulting Center, dedicated to the 87th anniversary of the founding of the Luhansk region.

The organizers were the director of the Lysychansk Pedagogical Professional College, the coordinator of the consulting center, teachers of the ER IPP, and Kadiivka College. Among the guests were representatives of the Dolyna City Council and the Dolyna Museum of Local Lore of Tetiana and Omelian Antonovych “Boykivshchyna”. The event was attended by students of the Lysychansk and Kadiivka Pedagogical Professional Colleges, educational and research institutes of LTSNU. 

Those present were shown a presentation on the history of the Luhansk region, a description of the coat of arms of the Luhansk region was given, and they were invited to go on a journey through the Luhansk region, which is rich in cultural heritage, incredible landscapes, and talented people.

It was noted that since 2014, the Luhansk region has suffered great destruction, almost its entire territory has been occupied, hundreds of thousands of its residents have left their homes. But despite everything, the people of Luhansk continue to fight for their native land.

Words of gratitude were expressed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who stand on the defense of our country, give a worthy rebuff to the enemies and bring victory closer. The participants honored the memory of the fallen heroes with a minute of silence.

At the end of the event, teachers and students wrote wishes on the flag of the Luhansk region, which was solemnly handed over to the representatives of the Dolyna Museum of Local Lore of Tetiana and Omelian Antonovich “Boykivshchyna” for exhibition.

We thank the people of Luhansk for their devotion, indomitability and faith in the liberation of their native Luhansk region! Luhansk region is Ukraine!!!
