Career Guidance Work at the ER IPP

Last week, teachers of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology held a number of field trips as part of career guidance work in the Kyiv region.

Visits were organized to the Irpin and Vyshgorod city communities, where a number of meetings were held with representatives of the educational and administrative spheres.

As part of the visit, meetings were held with the heads and teaching staff of preschool educational institutions in the cities of Vyshgorod and Irpin. During the meetings, modern challenges in the field of education were discussed, and comprehensive information was provided on the Institute’s educational programs, admission requirements, study features, and professional growth opportunities for future specialists.

The Institute delegation also visited the Department of Education and Science of the Vyshgorod and Irpin city councils, where a professional discussion was held on the current needs of the industry and prospects for cooperation with the institute in the field of training pedagogical personnel.

A separate area of ​​work was meetings with representatives of the Vyshgorod and Irpin district branches of the Kyiv Regional Employment Center, within which ways of strengthening interaction between higher education institutions and employment services in the context of supporting young people in choosing a professional path were discussed.

The Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology continues to actively develop the career guidance direction, expanding cooperation with regional communities and promoting informed choices of future applicants.
