Participation in the Erasmus+ DigiFLEd webinar

On 30 May, Yevhen Kharkivskyi, a lecturer at the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology, took part in a webinar on Modern Digital Tools for Teaching Foreign Languages, Communication and Cooperation, held at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
The webinar was held within the framework of the Erasmus+DigiFLEd educational project («Modernisation of university education programmes in foreign languages by integrating information technologies»). DigiFLEd is a three-year Erasmus+ CBHE project aimed at developing the capacity of Ukrainian universities through the modernisation and digitalisation of 24 foreign language study programmes. The overall goal of DigiFLEd is to improve the quality of higher education in Ukraine through the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into foreign language curricula.
Speaker Olha Meleshchenko, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of English Philology and Foreign Language Teaching Methods at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, told the audience about the use of modern information technologies in foreign language teaching. She demonstrated the possibilities and practical cases of using Padlet, MagicSchool AI, and Miro tools in the educational process.
The webinar was attended by teachers and students of Ukrainian higher education institutions.
We sincerely thank the organisers of the webinar, in particular V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and speaker Olga Meleshchenko, for the excellent organisation and informative event. The knowledge and practical cases on the use of digital tools such as Padlet, MagicSchool AI, Miro are extremely valuable and will certainly be implemented in the educational process.
We highly appreciate the opportunity to participate in such important initiatives as the Erasmus+DigiFLEd project, which contributes to the modernisation and digitalisation of higher education in Ukraine.
