Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University congratulates its scholarship holders – the pride of the University and the Lubny Community!

On May 27, 2025, an extremely moving and solemn event took place in the walls of the Kyiv Rus cinema – the ceremony of awarding the Lubny City Council scholarship “Giftedness – 2025”. The event brought together the most talented, most active, most intelligent representatives of youth – the true intellectual elite of the Lubny community. Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University also joined this festive event, which proudly congratulated its graduates among the winners.

The ceremony was made possible thanks to the support of the Lubny City Council, the Department of Family, Youth and Sports, the Department of Culture and Arts of the Executive Committee, the Center for Culture and Leisure, as well as the municipal directorate of the Kyiv Rus cinema. This is a real celebration of talent, inspiration, intelligence and the future of Ukraine.

The Mayor of Lubny, Oleksandr Hrytsaienko, addressed the audience with words of support and congratulations, and solemnly presented scholarships to those who glorify their hometown and university with their daily hard work, deep knowledge, and active civic position.

Among the numerous scholarship recipients are three students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, who worthily represent our institution:

• Daryna Vyacheslavivna Rabovliuk , 3rd year student majoring in “Preschool Education” of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology 
• Nadiia Olehivna Brezhneva, 1st year student majoring in “Primary Education” of the ER IPP
• Danylo Oleksiiovych Syrovatka, 2nd year student majoring in “Social Work” of the ER IPP 

These young people are an example of how hard work, self-belief and love of knowledge open the door to great achievements. Today they are already changing the world around them, implementing educational, social and cultural initiatives and are part of the young wave that is creating modern Ukraine.
