The procedure for obtaining a voucher for obtaining a new profession or specialty:

• Who is provided with a voucher? 

Persons who are not registered as unemployed, but meet certain criteria (in particular, age 45+, insurance experience, desire to obtain a new education);

• What does the voucher provide for?

Free education at the expense of the state in accredited educational institutions, upon completion of which a state-standard diploma is issued;

• How to apply?
