Meeting of the Scientific Club “Poshuk”: “Artificial Intelligence in Education and Science”

On May 22, the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions held a regular meeting of the scientific club “Poshuk”: “Artificial Intelligence in Education and Science.”
The topic of discussion was one of the most pressing issues of our time – “Artificial Intelligence in the Educational Process and Scientific Research”.
The work of the club was attended by teachers of the department, students majoring in 281 “Public Management and Administration” and 073 “Management”, who actively participated in the discussion on the opportunities and challenges of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in modern education and science.
A particularly significant event of the event was the invitation of the guest of honor – Serhii Yuriyovych Sydorenko, a student of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions of the Educational and Research Institute of Public Administration and Postgraduate Education. He is also a teacher of computer science at the Professional School No. 44 in Myrhorod, a certified Microsoft teacher and an expert in the field of digital technologies.
During his report, Serhii Yuriyovych shared his practical experience in using AI tools in research and educational process management, which sparked a lively discussion among the event participants. In addition, the moderators of the event outlined the basic principles of academic integrity, which is an integral part of high-quality educational activities and scientific research.
The importance of adhering to ethical standards, transparency in conducting research, correct citation of sources and prevention of plagiarism was emphasized. The event participants had the opportunity to discuss practical aspects of applying academic integrity in their activities, which contributed to the formation of a conscious attitude to the responsibility of each scientist and educator.
This combination of technological innovations and ethical principles further emphasized the importance of a modern approach to education, which is based on openness, reasonableness and responsibility. The atmosphere of the event contributed to active dialogue and motivation of the participants to further improve their own professional activities.
The meeting became a platform for exchanging views, presenting ideas and forming new research directions that combine public administration, management and innovative digital technologies.
