An open lecture by teacher I. A. Hrechyshkina was held on the topic: “Forms of organization of the educational process in a preschool educational institution”

On May 22, 2025, as part of improving the professional training of future preschool education specialists and exchanging pedagogical experience,  an open lecture was held by the lecturer of the Department of Early and Preschool Child Development, Iryna Hrechyshkina, on the topic: “Forms of organizing the educational process in a preschool educational institution.”

The purpose of the lecture was to familiarize students with the theoretical principles and practical aspects of organizing the educational process in preschool educational institutions.

During the lesson, the following issues were considered in detail:

  • characteristics of the main forms of organizing educational activities in a preschool educational institution;
  • disclosure of the essence and pedagogical significance of classes in modern preschool educational institutions;
  • classification of types and types of classes;
  • modern requirements for organizing and conducting classes in preschool educational institutions;
  • the role of the educator as an organizer of cognitive and play activities of preschool children.

Special attention was paid to innovative approaches to building a lesson, integrating educational content, ensuring children’s emotional comfort and creating a developmental environment.

The lecture was meaningful, structured, supplemented with practical examples from pedagogical activity, which contributed to the active interaction of the teacher with the applicants and stimulated them to discuss real pedagogical situations.

The students showed high interest in the topic, participated in the discussion, asked questions and expressed their own vision of the effective organization of the educational process in the ZDO.

The teacher I. A. Hrechyshkina systematically engages in scientific and methodological activities, manages student scientific and practical work, in particular within the framework of preparation for participation in university olympiads, competitions, pedagogical readings and conferences.

Holding such open lectures contributes to the dissemination of pedagogical experience, improving the quality of training of future educators, and also stimulates the professional growth of teachers and students.
