Our Student Is the Winner in the “Literature” Nomination

A student of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University is the only winner from the Luhansk region in the “Literature” nomination at the 24th All-Ukrainian Student Creativity Competition!

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 22.03.2002 No. 284 (284/2002), in accordance with the Regulations on the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Creativity, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine and the State Committee for Family and Youth Affairs dated 29.08.2003 No. 585/529/875, registered with the Ministry of Justice on 09.09.2003 under No. 779/8100, the 24th All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Creativity dedicated to Shevchenko Days – “Let’s Unite, My Brothers!” was held.

More than 200 participants competed at the final stage of this prestigious competition.

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 28.03.2025 No. 524, the only winner from the Luhansk region in the “Literature” nomination was Ruslan SALOV – a student of the Regional Center for Professional Education of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”.

We express our sincere gratitude to the teacher of Ukrainian language and literature Olha BARZYLOVYCH, who became not only a mentor for Ruslan, but also the driver of his creative growth.

This victory is not just a distinction, it is a powerful message: Luhansk region lives, speaks, creates and wins!

We are proud of Ruslan, thank his mentor and believe – this is just the beginning of a great creative path!
