A guest lecture-discussion “Time Management in Management: Tools for Personal Productivity and Effective Team Leadership” was held.

On May 19, 2025, within the educational component “Time Management of a Manager” at the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions , a guest lecture-discussion with practical elements was held on the topic “Time Management in Management: Tools of Personal Productivity and Effective Team Leadership”.

The guest lecturer was Ellina Panasenko – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Practical Psychology of the Donbas State Pedagogical University.

– How to find a balance between personal productivity and effective team leadership?

– What tools help optimize work processes, make informed decisions, and promote organizational growth?

– What time management methods are most effective for leaders working in a dynamic environment?

These questions became key in a meaningful discussion that combined theoretical aspects and practical methods important for a modern manager.

In addition, the results of the meeting made a general conclusion that time management is not just about schedules or deadlines, it is about awareness, strategic thinking and responsible leadership.

The lecture became a platform for in-depth analysis and exchange of views on effective time management.

The moderator of the event was Nadiia Vasynova – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational Institutions.
