Career Guidance Work of the Social Pedagogy Department

Representatives of the Social Pedagogy Department continued career guidance meetings with parents of graduates of secondary education institutions in Khmelnytskyi.

The meetings are held within the cooperation with local schools in order to familiarize parents with the features of choosing the future professional path of their children.

During the meeting, the department’s specialists spoke about the conditions for admission to Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in 2025, paying special attention to the advantages of studying in the educational program “Social Work and Counseling. Psychosocial Services”.

Such meetings are an important tool for supporting families in the process of making a responsible decision regarding the professional future of their child. The Social Pedagogy Department plans to continue to actively cooperate with schools and communities of Ukraine to popularize the specialty “Social Work and Counseling” as one of the socially important professions.
