Participation as a Jury Member in the “Teacher of the Year – 2025” Competition

Representatives of the Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business participated as members of the jury in the competition “Teacher of the Year – 2025” in the nomination “Technologies/Work-related training”.

From May 11 to 16, the final stage of the II round of the All-Ukrainian competition “Teacher of the Year – 2025” in the nomination “Technologies/Labor training” was held in the city of Chernivtsi. The jury of the competition included the head of the Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business Viktor Burdun, Ph.D., associate professor, and the associate professor of the department Oksana Abramova, Ph.D., associate professor.

12 teachers were selected for the final of the competition, who had to demonstrate their best qualities in two competitions: “Master” and “Lesson”.

The participants of the competition demonstrated a high level of professionalism, methodical skill and dedication to their work. The jury carefully observed all the contestants during the 4 days of the competition and determined the winner and laureates.

According to the results of the tests, the title of winner was awarded to Olesia Volodymyrivna Havryliak, a teacher of labor training and technologies at the Supporting Institution “Myhiv Lyceum” of the Berehometsk Settlement Council of the Vyzhnytskyi District of the Chernivtsi Region.
