Psychological Training “My Senses Are My Resources”
16.5.2025
On May 15, LTSNU hosted a psychological training for students on the topic “My Senses Are My Resources” as part of the “SensoTech “How are you?”” Day of Collaboration.
Since it was Vyshyvanka Day, the Rector of the University, Olena KARAMAN, and the head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of LTSNU, Volodymyr MOROZ, addressed the attendees with congratulatory and instructive words. They emphasized the importance of psychological support for young people in modern conditions and wished the participants inspiration, inner balance, and courage to know themselves.
The training was conducted by Anton NAZMIIEV, assistant professor of the Psychology Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, Doctor of Philosophy, head of the Center for Psychological Recovery and Adaptation, psychologist of the SOS “Children’s Villages”. During the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to become more aware of their own internal resources, find meanings that support them in times of change and uncertainty, and share their experiences in a friendly circle.
The psychologist created a safe, trusting atmosphere where everyone had the opportunity not only to hear others, but also to be heard. Active exercises, discussions, reflection — everything was aimed at developing emotional stability and self-awareness.
Conducting such trainings is an important part of psycho-emotional support for young people, which contributes to the development of self-regulation skills, awareness of one’s own value, and the formation of a resource environment for harmonious personal growth.
Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University continues to implement psychological support practices, where each student can feel that his “How are you?” is not a formality, but a space of mutual attention, respect, and effective support.
