A student of the Faculty of Natural Sciences won a prize in the II stage of the Ukrainian Olympiad on Geography.
The All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad on Geography was held in late April in Hryhoriy Skovoroda State Pedagogical University of Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky. Like last year, the forth year student of the specialty “Geography” Oleksiy Zadesentsev represented Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University at the Olympiad. According to the results of the competition, he was in the top five. Oleksiy took the third place in nomination “Tests” and “Creative Jobs”.
The authoritative jury under the chairmanship of Doctor of Geographical Sciences, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Director of the Institute of Geography of NSA L.G. Rudenko assessed knowledge and skills of the best students-geographers.
The Faculty of Natural Sciences congratulates Oleksiy on successful performance at the Olympiad, wishes further success and victory next year!
