13th Edition of the All-Ukrainian Webinar “Modern Trends in Social Work”

On May 6, the All-Ukrainian webinar “Modern Trends in Social Work” continued its work.

The thirteenth edition of the webinar was held thanks to the joint initiative of the Social Pedagogy  Department and the Psychology Department of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The speaker of the meeting was Liliia Chernovska, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Head of the Psychology  Department of our university.

The topic of the meeting – “Mental Health: Tools for Psycho-Emotional Balance” – turned out to be extremely relevant in today’s conditions. Participants had the opportunity to: learn about effective practices for supporting mental health; get acquainted with techniques for stabilizing the emotional state; ask questions and receive professional answers from an experienced psychologist.

The webinar brought together students, teachers, social workers, practical psychologists and everyone who is interested in the topic of preserving and strengthening mental well-being. A total of 124 participants took part in the event.

Representatives of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, including teachers and students majoring in “Social Work” and “Psychology”, joined the webinar from the State Educational and Scientific University “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”.
