Table Tennis Competitions

On May 2, table tennis competitions were held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, which became the next stage of the traditional Spartakiad among students.

Students demonstrated endurance, attentiveness and quick thinking – qualities that combine table tennis with the category of intellectual sports.

The competition was organized by the University together with the Educational and Research Institute of Health Care and Sports and the Primary Trade Union Organization of LTSNU. Special thanks should be expressed to the director of the ER IHCS – Oleksandr Dubovoi, who initiated the competition. He personally congratulated the tournament participants, emphasizing the importance of popularizing intellectual sports among student youth.

The competition was held in a friendly atmosphere. Each participant showed a high level of preparation, the will to win and the dignity of a true athlete.

Such events not only increase interest in sports in the university environment, but also contribute to the formation of a united, healthy and active youth community. Table tennis as a sport develops not only the body, but also the mind, and this is what makes it an important component of student leisure.

We sincerely thank all the participants of the tournament for their active participation, fair play and excellent example of sports culture!
