Course Paper Defense at the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology

The course paper defense is the final stage of the course, during which students present the results of their research.

On May 2, 2025, fourth-year students of the specialty «Secondary Education. Language and Literature (English)» defended their course papers in English language and teaching methodology at the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology (Supervisors: Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor, Acting Head of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology, Professor of the Department of Literary Studies, Eastern Philology and Translation N.L. Yuhan; Associate Professor of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology O.Ye. Yunina).

The students demonstrated their academic achievements and practical skills in the field of foreign language theory and methodology of its teaching.

They prepared presentations and reports showcasing research findings, pedagogical approaches, and innovative teaching methods. The topics explored by the students covered various philological and methodological aspects of the English language.

Throughout the research process, the students received guidance, feedback, and support from their academic supervisors. The supervisors played a key role in advising the students, formulating research questions, conducting literature reviews, developing methodologies, and analyzing data.

The successful defense of the course papers highlights the students’ dedication, academic capability, and professional competence.
