ROMANIAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS FOR THE 2025–2026 ACADEMIC YEAR

According to the information provided by the Embassy of Romania in Ukraine (Note No. 967 dated April 25, 2025), and with the support of the Romanian Ministry of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism, applications are now open for 40 scholarships for foreign citizens for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Important: In accordance with Clause 26 of the Rules for Crossing the State Border by Citizens of Ukraine (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 57 dated January 27, 1995), during martial law, male Ukrainian citizens aged 18–60 who are students may travel abroad only if they possess valid supporting documents.
