“The Poet’s Word Will Live Forever”

Students of Brianka Professional College attended the literary and musical event “The Poet’s Word Will Live Forever”. 

The event “The Poet’s Word Will Live Forever” was held at the D. Guramishvili Public Library. The event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Anton Shevchenko, a native of Myrhorod – a Ukrainian poet, literary critic, local historian, author of many poetic and prose works. The poet’s difficult fate, love for his parents, his hometown and Ukraine were reflected in his poems.

During the event, the students of the theater studio “WHY NOT?” read poems by A. Shevchenko, and the poet’s close friend Anatolii Kryvobochenko shared his memories with those present.
