Students Joined the Renewal of Educational Programs

An important event took place at the Department of Rehabilitation and Medical Diagnostics of the Educational and Research Institute of Health Care and Sports – a discussion of the renewal of the educational programs “Physical Therapy” of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of higher education.

A feature of this event was the active participation of students who were directly involved in the process of modernization of educational programs. Such an approach is extremely valuable, as it allows taking into account the opinion of students as direct participants in the educational process, forming programs that meet the modern requirements of the labor market, the expectations of employers and the own educational needs of young people.

During the meeting, the structure of the EP was thoroughly analyzed, the content of general and professional competencies, program learning outcomes, the relevance of individual educational components, their content and interrelationships were discussed. The students shared their own impressions of the educational process, expressed constructive suggestions for strengthening the practical component, introducing the latest technologies in the training of specialists and increasing the integration of training with the realities of medical practice.

Such events are part of a systematic approach to ensuring the quality of higher education, which is actively implemented at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. Transparency, openness to feedback, flexibility of educational programs – all this contributes to the formation of an educational environment that meets the highest standards.

The University thanks the students for their concern, initiative and desire to improve the educational process together with the teachers. After all, it is in such interaction that high-quality education that meets the challenges of the time is born.
