As part of the Open Day, a meeting with applicants took place in the workshops of the Department of Fine and Decorative Arts.

On April 17, 2025, a meeting with applicants was held in the workshops of the Department of Fine and Decorative and Applied Arts of the Educational and Research Institute of Arts of LTSNU as part of the Open Day. This event was a great opportunity for future applicants to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of art, creativity and professional growth.

During the meeting, guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the teachers and students of the department, see with their own eyes current, semester and diploma works, which were impressive in their depth of idea, execution technique and originality. All those who wanted were able to visit the educational workshops where art is created – from the first brushstroke to the completed work.

The teachers of the department were happy to talk about educational opportunities and features of the educational process, and also familiarized applicants with technological processes in the field of painting, printed graphics, sculpture and ceramics. Those present had the opportunity to see how specialized equipment works, learn about the materials used in the process of creating works of art, and even ask questions about admission, training, and creative prospects.

It is important that during such an acquaintance, sincere and warm communication arose between those who have already dedicated their lives to art and those who are only taking the first steps towards their dream creative profession.

The workshops of the department are filled with a special atmosphere – the energy of search, discovery, and inspiration. We sincerely hope that this atmosphere will become a decisive factor for many applicants in choosing their future specialty.
