Guest Lecture “The Education System in Poland”

On April 10, as part of international educational cooperation, a guest lecture on the topic “The Education System in Poland” was held, organized by the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.
The event was attended by teachers from the departments of pedagogy, early childhood development, primary education, special education, psychology and social pedagogy, as well as PhD students.
The guests of honor of the event were Ms. Jolanta Suecka-Zaionc, Director of the School of Education of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation and the University of Warsaw, as well as Ms. Kinga Bialek, Director of Development of this school and a teacher of Polish language didactics.
Ms. Kinga Bialek introduced the participants to the key features of the Polish education system, presented examples of effective educational solutions that have already been successfully implemented in the educational process. Ms. Jolanta Suecka-Zaionc shared modern innovative approaches used in the School of Education, in particular those that contribute to the professional development of teachers, the formation of self-reflection skills and personal growth of teachers.
The lecture aroused keen interest among those present. A number of questions were asked, which demonstrated the relevance of the topic and the deep interest of the participants.
