9th Edition of the All-Ukrainian Webinar “Modern Trends in Social Work”

On April 8, the Social Pedagogy Department of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University continued the work of the already traditional All-Ukrainian webinar “Modern Trends in Social Work”.

The ninth issue was dedicated to the topic “The Concept of Gender-Sensitive and Non-Discriminatory Communication” – an extremely important aspect of modern social work.

The event was moderated by Iryna Mykolaivna Trubavina, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Social Pedagogy Department, who shared modern scientific approaches, practical cases and communication tools based on the principles of respect, equality and non-discrimination.

The online meeting was attended by 130 participants from different parts of Ukraine – scientists, teachers, students, social workers and everyone who is interested in the development of humane, inclusive and professional social work.

We sincerely thank all participants for their interest in the topic, their activity in the discussion and their desire to develop a culture of gender sensitivity in their professional activities.
