Congratulations on the Resumption of Work of the Spartak PSS of the Luhansk Region!

We are pleased to announce that the Spartak Physical Culture and Sports Society of Luhansk region has resumed its activities since April 4, 2025!

This is an important event for the sports community of the region, because “Spartak” has always been a center for the development of physical culture, mass sports and the upbringing of strong, and purposeful individuals.

The revived society was headed by the director of the Educational and Research Institute of Health Care and Sports of LTSNU, Oleksandr Volodymyrovych DUBOVOI, an experienced leader, athlete and enthusiast of his work.

The resumption of the activities of “Spartak” was made possible thanks to the support and cooperation with the Olympic Committee of the Luhansk region and its chairman, Viktor Vasylovych Ostretsov, a man with a capital letter, devoted to sports, the inspirer of many initiatives and a true leader who makes every effort to develop physical culture and the Olympic movement in the region.

We wish the team of “Spartak” new achievements, bright victories, inspiration and sporting zeal!

Let this new page in the history of the society become an example of unity, strength of spirit and desire for development!
