On April 3, the Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business held an open lecture on the topic: “Molecular Cuisine as an Innovative Direction of Cooking.”
The lecture was given by Natalia Hirenko, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department, as part of the educational component “Fundamentals of Molecular Cuisine”. The event was organized for the 4th year bachelor’s students of the educational program “Professional Education (Agricultural Production, Processing of Agricultural Products and Food Technologies)”, the specialty A5 “Professional Education”. The lecture was attended by teachers of the department and students of the specialties “Professional Education (Agricultural Production, Processing of Agricultural Products and Food Technologies)” and Hotel and Restaurant Business.
