Creative and Inspiring Work Continues
31.3.2025
Creative and inspiring work continues at the Department of Fine and Decorative Arts of the Educational and Research Institute of Arts.
The second-year students of the Sculpture major immersed themselves in the art of reproducing classical forms, working on a copy of a plaster head. Under the guidance of experienced teacher Dmytro Korshunov, they are improving their skills, studying the subtleties of form, chiaroscuro, and plasticity.
The workshop is bustling with work. Future sculptors are diligently improving their skills, delving into the modeling process and studying the peculiarities of academic plasticity.
This stage of training is not only a test of technical skill, but also a real immersion in the world of art, where every line, every bend conveys character and mood. Thanks to Dmytro Oleksandrovych’s professional mentoring, students not only master classical techniques, but also find their own individual style.
Art is more than just a craft. It is a path that leads to deep self-expression and understanding of beauty. And the students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University confidently follow this path, creating their own history in the world of sculpture.
