“Sustainable Development of Economy, Business and Management: Strategies and Priorities”

On March 27, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Sustainable Development of Economy, Business and Management: Strategies and Priorities” was held.

The conference was organized by the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University together with Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, the National University of Bioresources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the State National University “Institute for Modernization of Educational Content”, and the Kryvyi Rih National University. This event brought together leading scientists, practitioners and experts from all over the country, united by a common goal – to discuss topical issues of sustainable development in the face of modern challenges.

The Head of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking of LTSNU Viktor Trynchuk joined the work of the organizing committee of the conference. Joint work with professionals who put their heart and soul into the development of education and science was inspiring and motivating. Each stage of preparation – from the formation of the program to the coordination of speeches – was filled with a sense of significance and joint responsibility for the high level of the event.

The Professor Trynchuk delivered a report at the plenary session “Emotions under the gun: insurance advertising during wartime”, which highlighted the subtleties of using emotional triggers in advertising by insurance companies in Ukraine. The topic sparked a lively discussion among the participants, which indicates its relevance and importance in modern realities.

The conference was held at a high organizational level. Each report was carefully planned and contributed to a deep immersion in the topic, filled with practical cases and in-depth analysis, which became a valuable experience for all those present. The atmosphere of mutual support and openness to new ideas was especially impressive.

We are grateful to our colleagues from the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance of the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University for their cooperation and the opportunity to expand their professional horizons. Participation in such an event not only contributes to the exchange of knowledge, but also lays the foundation for future joint projects and research. We believe that our joint efforts will contribute to the development of financial education and science.

We thank the organizers for the invitation and all participants for their fruitful cooperation. Together we are able to overcome any challenges and build a solid foundation for future generations.
