Personal Branding: The Key to Success for Economists, Financiers, and Marketers

Building a personal brand is an important factor in professional success in today’s competitive environment.

Clearly positioning yourself as an expert in a particular field increases the trust of employers, partners and clients, opens up new career opportunities and promotes professional growth. A strong personal brand helps to build quality connections, attract the attention of employers and realize ambitious goals.

For financiers and economists, it helps to strengthen the trust of clients and employers, which is key in the field of financial management and consulting. Marketers, in turn, can use this knowledge not only for their own professional positioning, but also for the effective promotion of companies and products.

March 20 is a date that opened up new horizons for students and teachers! Representatives of the Department of Economics and Marketing Liudmyla Horbatiuk, the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking Viktor Trynchuk and students of the Educational and Research Institute of Business and Management immersed themselves in the world of self-presentation strategies at the author’s training “Forming a Personal Brand”. The event, organized by colleagues from the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky, became a real case of synergy between universities!

The bright accent of the meeting was Renata Yaresko – Candidate of Economic Sciences, business oracle, whose experience combines: management of the department of promising projects of PrJSC “Dniprospetszvyazok”; partnership in the PR direction of Vandog Agency; development and communications of WiN Ukraine; expert position in ESG liga. Her practical insights on how to turn individuality into a competitive advantage ignited the audience with emotions and motivation!

Such a partnership is proof that education today is not only lectures, but:
