FULBRIGHT GRADUATE STUDENT PROGRAM

The Kyiv Office of the Institute of International Education (IIE) is accepting applications for Fulbright Scholarships for study, internships, and research at U.S. universities for the 2026–2027 academic year.

FULBRIGHT GRADUATE STUDENT PROGRAM

This program offers one to two years of study at U.S. universities leading to a master’s degree. Eligible applicants include senior students and graduates of higher education institutions. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree by the time the scholarship is awarded.

In 2025, the Kyiv Office of the Institute of International Education (IIE), which administers the Fulbright Program, is accepting applications from candidates currently in Ukraine, as well as those who were forced to leave the country after February 24, 2022, due to the war.

Online Seminar on March 25, 2025

On March 25, 2025, at 18:00 Kyiv time, an online seminar will be held for potential applicants to the Fulbright Graduate Student Program for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The seminar will focus on writing effective essays, which are a crucial part of the application package. It will be conducted by Paul Fogleman, Director of the Office of National Scholarships and Grants and Fulbright Program Advisor at Indiana University (Bloomington, USA). He has over 12 years of experience advising U.S. students and graduate applicants on Fulbright applications.
