“Modern Trends in Social Work”

On March 18, the Social Pedagogy Department of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University continued the work of the All-Ukrainian Webinar “Modern Trends in Social Work”.

The speaker of the sixth edition was Olha Volodymyrivna Shved, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Social Work of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University. She spoke on an extremely relevant topic: “Bullying. Mobbing. Sexual Harassment. How to Fight It?”

The webinar was attended by 157 participants, including scientists, social practitioners, educators and students interested in modern methods of combating violence and discrimination.

The event was another important step in raising awareness and professional training of social work professionals, contributing to the discussion of effective mechanisms for combating bullying, mobbing and sexual harassment in various social environments.
