Labor Protection Day

The Institute of Physical Education and Sports held a thematic meeting of students and teachers, dedicated to the Labor Protection Day.

Labor Protection Day is celebrated in Ukraine on April 28. This year it is held under the motto “Stress in the Workplace: a Collective Challenge.” Honorary Professor of the Department “Human Health, Physical Rehabilitation, Life Safety, Labor Protection and Civil Defense” Volodymyr Savenko told about stressful situations during lessons in classrooms, gyms, sports fields and possibilities of their prevention.

Also he touched on accidents during a storm, and the rules for their prevention.

He told in details the accidents on the water: how to behave on reservoirs, and how to provide first aid to a drowning man.

Students and teachers thanked Volodymyr Aleksandrovych for this interesting meeting.
