We invite you to participate in the work of the interregional scientific and methodological online seminar “The Many Voices of Nature: Interdisciplinary Dialogue in Modern Ecocritical Studies.
Dear teachers and students! We are pleased to invite you to participate in the work of the interregional scientific and methodological online seminar with international participation “The Many Voices of Nature: Interdisciplinary Dialogue in Modern Ecocritical Studies”, which will be held on April 29, 2025 at the Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Journalism (Poltava) of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
The format of the seminar is mixed format (online and offline).
The language of the report is Ukrainian, English, and German.
Participation in the seminar is free. Participants of the online seminar will receive certificates.
TOPICS OF THE SEMINAR:
1. Ecocriticism in modern literature and art.
2. The language of nature: ecological aspects of linguistics and translation.
3. Environmental education and communication in the modern world.
4. Natural landscape in literature, culture and landscape art.
5. Environmental challenges of the 21st century: an interdisciplinary approach.
Applications are accepted until April 20 (inclusive).
Languages of abstracts are Ukrainian, English, German, French, Spanish and other languages of the European Union.
