Advising Hours at the Institute of Arts

The Institute of Arts of LTSNU celebrated the 211th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko’s birthday.

On March 7, the Educational and Research Institute of Arts hosted advising hours dedicated to the 211th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko’s birth.

At the Design Department, advisors Nadiia Lukafeinyk and Nazar Bozhinskyi discussed with students the significance of Taras Shevchenko’s personality for our university and for the country as a whole, his modern interpretations in art, and the disclosure of his personality as an ordinary person.

At the Department of Musical Art and Choreography, advisors united to hold a chamber concert in honor of Taras Shevchenko.

The advisor Yanina Vyshegorodska prepared a detailed report on the life of the Kobzar. A quiz was also held for students.

Such events are another opportunity to look at the outstanding Ukrainian artist with “new eyes.”
