Student’s Participation in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange
10.3.2025
The 3rd year student of the Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Journalism, studying under the programme ‘Language and Literature (Spanish, English)’ Fil Daria took part in the Erasmus+ youth exchange that took place on 20-27 February in Banska Stiavnica, Slovakia.
The topic of the project was mental health and arterial therapy. Participants studied using non-formal education methods and often created theatre sketches. The peculiarity of this project was that they had to create a programme, develop workshops, and teach each other. During this time, we had the opportunity to improve our English language skills and communicate with participants from Spain, Slovakia, Georgia, and Latvia.
Participation in the project was a great opportunity to get out of your comfort zone, enrich your knowledge of psychology, distract yourself from the war through art therapy, and make new friends.
