Meeting with a Nutritionist

A meeting with a nutritionist was held at the V. Leontovych Lubny City Library for Adults.

On February 6, students of the Starobilsk Professional College of LTSNU visited the V. Leontovych City Library for Adults in Lubny, where a conversation with a dietitian “Health on Your Table” took place.

Consultant dietitian Natalia Kyva introduced those present to the basics of dietetics, talked about a healthy plate of food, meals. She drew attention to a sufficient amount of water, the optimal ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, what the sleep regime and physical activity should be during the day.

The topic of the meeting was not only useful, but also interesting for students.

Finally, Ms. Natalia answered numerous questions and wished everyone good health.

The students thanked for the interesting and informative conversation.
