Joint Meeting of the Labor Collective and the Academic Council

On January 31, the traditional joint meeting of the conference of the labor collective and the Academic Council was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
The conference of the labor collective was opened by the head of the Primary Trade Union oOganization of the university, Volodymyr Moroz, who noted that 66 members of the labor collective were present out of 67 delegates to participate. It was decided to hold a joint meeting of the conference and the Academic Council of the university. The first vice-rector, head of the Academic Council, Vitalii Kurylo, was elected chairman of the joint meeting.
The following agenda items were considered:
- 1. Approval of the rector’s report for 2024.
- 2. Results of the financial and economic activities of the university in 2024.
- 3. Scientific activities of the university in 2024.
- 4. Miscellaneous.
Before considering the agenda items, the chairman of the meeting, on behalf of the university staff, congratulated the head of the Pedagogy Department, Liudmyla Butenko, on being awarded the honorary title “Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine.”
