Ten lectures from Wageningen University & Research

The Department of Biology and Agronomy joined the lectures from Wageningen University & Research on regenerative agriculture.
Teachers of the Department of Biology and Agronomy, as well as students studying in the educational and professional program “Agronomy” joined the lecture course dedicated to regenerative agriculture, which is conducted by the Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business (UCAB) and the Agrokebety project in cooperation with Dutch experts from Wageningen University and Research.
The aim of the lecture course is to introduce participants to the basics of regenerative agriculture, its principles, practical application, economic consequences and political context in the EU. The course also includes cases from real farms and analysis of innovative solutions that help to transition to sustainable practices.
Lecturers of the course: Dr. ir. Bert Smit (Researcher Entrepreneurship, CAP, arable farming) and Dr. ir. Loekie Schreefel (Postdoctoral Researcher).
Participation in this course provides access to knowledge from leading European experts and live communication with them, allows to consider real examples of the implementation of sustainable practices and provides the opportunity to open up prospects for innovations in agriculture.
