Defense of Qualification Theses at the Design Department

The defense of qualification theses took place at the Design Department .

On January 15, 2025, the Design Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Arts held a defense of qualification works of master’s students majoring in 022 “Design” of the EP “Graphic Design”. Projects of an advertising and graphic complex, brands, identity, website layout, and font design were presented.

According to the topics of qualification works, the masters studied the principles of designing a corporate mobile application, a kindergarten website, printed advertising products, a brand for a coffee shop, a brand for a public organization.

The members of the examination committee noted the works of Kyrylo Guzovskyi “Features of Ukrainian font design for literary and artistic publications”, which resulted in a certificate of copyright registration for a work of fine art “Author’s font for the design of literary and artistic publications “Dunwich Ink”” and Polina Kiichenko “Poster in the system of visual intercultural communication” as particularly interesting projects.

In general, all projects were completed at a high theoretical and practical level, filled with creative ideas, and focused on the demand for modern design services.
