Master’s Theses Defense in the Speciality “Earth Sciences”

The Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences held master’s theses defenses in the EPP “Earth Sciences”.

On January 15 and 16, 2025, a significant event took place at the Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences of the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences of LTSNU – a successful defense of master’s degree theses by students majoring in 103 “Earth Sciences”. This important stage summed up the hard work of students and their scientific supervisors.

Master’s students presented the results of their thorough scientific research, which they worked on throughout the entire period of study. The topics of the works covered a wide range of topical issues related to modern challenges in the field of Earth Sciences. In particular, the problems of the ecological state of individual territories were considered, a detailed analysis of geological processes was conducted, models of natural phenomena were proposed, and innovative approaches to monitoring the state of the environment were developed. Each work was distinguished by originality, scientific novelty and applied significance.
