Results of the “Ecological Christmas Tree” Competition

For the ninth year in a row, the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences has been holding the “Ecological Christmas Tree” competition in December.

Like last year, this year the competition was held under the title “Family Ecological Christmas Tree – We Are Heading for Victory!” and was jointly organized by Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, the Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences, and the All-Ukrainian Ecological League.

This year, students from educational institutions of the Myrhorod community took an active part in the competition. According to the terms of the competition, the works had to be made from materials available at home, so that the money saved from buying New Year’s decorations could be sent to support our Defenders.

The competition featured works in various techniques made from various materials – including decorative Christmas trees, wreaths, New Year’s compositions and the symbol of the year.

All participants received certificates for participating in the competition in the following categories: “Decorative candlestick”, “New Year’s wreath”, “The most creative Christmas tree”, “New Year’s composition”, “Symbol of the year”, “New Year’s picture”.

The winners of the competition were: a collective work from the “PHOTONATURALISTS” group, Sofia CHEREVATA, Krystyna HRYSHKO, Pavlo UZLENKOV, Olha KRAVCHENKO, Viktoria TKACHENKO, and Milana ROMANENKO.
