Participation in an Online Forum

First-year master’s degree student in the specialty 035 Philology under the educational program «Germanic Languages and Literatures (including Translation), First – English. Translation», Viktor VORONOV (scientific supervisor – Associate Professor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Svitlana PEROVA) participated in the online forum «CREATIVITY AND MENTAL HEALTH» held on December 18, 2024.

The event was organized by the educational platform «4PEOPLE» and the NGO «Agency for Sustainable Development and Educational Initiatives».

Objective of the Forum – to explore the key practices for maintaining mental health through creative and innovative approaches, discuss the connection between creativity and psychological well-being, and develop skills for stabilizing mental states. Participants gained useful tools and practices for improving their mental health through modern creative approaches, highlighting the importance of using creativity to support mental well-being and fostering a culture of creative thinking in Ukraine.

Event Speakers: the forum featured seven experts, including psychologists, psychotherapists, public figures, and founders of psychological support centers:

Halyna Kolomoiets – Deputy Director of the State Scientific Institution «Institute for the Modernization of Education Content» of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, psychologist, and founder of the NGO «AStRO».

Svitlana Sokurenko – Expert for the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine on labor protection, head of the legislative initiatives group for the European Society for Occupational Safety and Health (ESOSH).

Olena Chaikovska – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, co-founder of the NGO «Rotary Academy of Ukrainian Culture and Art», vice president of the All-Ukrainian Association for Innovative Technologies (UAIFT), and head of the International Relations Department at KNUTKiM.

Illia Bachurin – Social and organizational psychologist, specialist in behavioral economics and psychology in organizations, Mental Health consultant and trainer, coach for Fortune 500 companies, and co-founder and head of the NGO Product IT Foundation for Education.

Alla Senchylo – Psychologist, founder of the Sofi-Den children’s network, creator of the charity project «Everyone Can», lecturer at MP Dragomanov University, author of scientific works, and speaker at TV and educational forums.

Anna Fesenko – Psychologist, co-founder of «New Community of Ukraine», member of the National Psychological Association, Military Psychology division, recognized among the TOP 100 outstanding people and brands of modern Ukraine (THE BEST OF UKRAINE, 2021). Psychologist of the Year 2021 (business community).

Nataliia Bovtruk – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, ambassador of the charity initiative «Ukrainian Books for Ukrainian Children», public figure, volunteer, expert for the Telegram channel «Take Care of Yourself», author of the informational project «Books Speak», and writer.

Olena Tymoshenko – Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor, founder of the educational platform «4PEOPLE» and the NGO «Agency for Sustainable Development and Educational Initiatives».

Since mental health is a priority today, it is essential to care for ourselves, as this is a critical and urgent necessity for every citizen.
