Psychological Practice “Planning for the New Year 2025” in Myrhorod

On December 18, students of the institutes of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, located in the city of Myrhorod, visited the psychological practice “Planning for the New Year 2025”.

The workshop was conducted by Svitlana VINICHENKO, community consultant of the All-Ukrainian mental health program “How are you?”. The participants of the event worked on creating a personal route to success, which will lead to the implementation of the most daring ideas.

During the reflective tasks, the students were able to summarize their own achievements and draw important conclusions. An equally important role in planning was played by metaphorical associative cards, which revealed hidden resources, activated intuition and helped to find answers to important questions.

This workshop became a kind of energy boost for everyone who is ready to turn their dreams into reality. We thank Ms. Svitlana for interesting methods for knowing yourself and your own desires.
