Participation in the Telebridge

Teachers of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science participated in a teleconference, the main topic of which was “The Mystery of the Birth of the Universe in the Laboratory: How Technology Helps Explore the Quantum World.”

Teachers of the Department of Mathematics and Informatics, Educational and Research Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies, took part in an important event – ​​Telebridge in the form of a webinar, which unites the National Center “Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” (Kyiv) with the European Organization for Nuclear Research CERN (Geneva, Switzerland), the University of Zurich (Switzerland) and the Municipal Institution of the Sumy Regional Council – Regional Center for Extracurricular Education and Work with Talented Youth (MAN).

The main topic of the Telebridge was the question “The Secret of the Birth of the Universe in the Laboratory: How Technologies Help to Explore the Quantum World”. This is an extremely relevant and interesting topic that combines elements of physics, mathematics and the latest technologies. The discussion presented the latest achievements in the field of research of quantum phenomena, as well as the role of academic science in the education and development of young talents.

The event highlighted the importance of international cooperation in the scientific field and opened new horizons for young researchers and students who seek to understand fundamental issues at the frontiers of modern science. It is a vivid example of how the integration of education and science contributes to the development of creative and critical thinking of young people.
